Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is an M-F day shift role from 530am-3pm. Responsibilities Plan, lead, and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to schedule to minimize equipment downtime Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural componentsComplete machine tear down/repair and assembly and work on PLCs, VFDs, and electric motorsConduct creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvementsCoach and develop operators and peers on basic maintenance concepts and optimal equipment settingsFacilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and factory leadership team.

Participate in special project work on equipment upgrades or installations.

Support equipment installations, retrofits and upgrades to include vendors and contractorsTroubleshoot/ investigate and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing appliances, HVAC/R systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and related equipment. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related controls. Experience with equipment repair in construction or facility maintenance environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide team members or oversee small projects. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards. Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
