What You'll Do Lead and motivate an upbeat beach/pool guest services team Deliver personalized, memorable service experiences for guests and families Help oversee pool, beach, valet, bike rental, and guest activity operations Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Support special events and unique guest experiences Work alongside the team carrying chairs, umbrellas, luggage, and equipment Jump in wherever needed to create seamless guest experiences What Makes This Role Different At Beach Terrace, hospitality is personal.

This position requires full availability to work an 8-hour shift between 6 am to 10 pm. This position also requires full availability to work on weekends and holidays! This position requires the ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions (sun, heat, humidity, occasional wind).
