Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM•3:30 PM We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal uptime, safety, and performance. Position Summary This role focuses on maintaining production equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement of machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, PLC knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Access, program, and/or modify PLC logic to diagnose and repair equipment issues Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing equipment failures and determining corrective actions Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems Evaluate and resolve complex equipment issues, including new or unique failures Assist in installation, repair, and construction of production and building equipment Perform facility maintenance (interior and exterior as needed) Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, sketches, and verbal instructions Support fabrication tasks including crates, cabinets, stands, tables, and racks Assist and train lower-level maintenance staff on troubleshooting and repair techniques Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain all safety standards Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensure adherence to all quality and safety systems Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Associate's degree in a technical field OR 4+ years of related experience 5+ years of experience in injection molding maintenance OR mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repair Experience working with PLC logic or related electronics systems Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Good communication skills (verbal and written) Basic math skills Ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Ability to crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work at heights Valid driver's license Must be able to wear steel-toed boots and safety glasses on site
