JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Engineer performs work to maintain the property and equipment. Duties may involve carpentry, painting, plumbing, and repairing equipment, buildings, floors, and furniture

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

REPSONSIBILITIESSmile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in hallways and public areasRespond to maintenance tickets/requests promptlyFulfill maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfactionComplete maintenance activities including but not limited to plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, tilling, painting and wall surface repairs.

Maintain the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of guest rooms, grounds, pool and exercise roomCommunicate with other departments regarding guest room conditions such as out of order roomsComplete daily shift check listsOther duties as assigned
