Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), electrical systems, and mechanical components with precision. Conduct inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential problems early and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation. Lead or support team efforts in equipment upgrades or installations while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or related fields. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate diagnostics and repairs. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces as needed.
