Position Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician dedicated to providing top-tier maintenance services across multiple commercial properties in Citrus Heights, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality upkeep and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. Use your trade skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and roofing to handle preventative and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs according to work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Conduct minor plumbing tasks including fixing toilets, urinals, valves, and sensors. Handle routine painting, carpentry, and general maintenance to maintain facilities in like-new condition. Perform minor electrical repairs such as fixture replacement, outlet repair, and lighting maintenance within legal scope. Complete service and asset inspections, document work using handheld devices, and generate reports with photos. Coordinate with clients and team members to maintain positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage materials and supplies needed for daily tasks and projects. Attend safety meetings, complete required training, and adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies. Assist with estimates for larger projects and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

HS diploma, GED, or relevant trade certifications. Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or general maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Ability to read and follow instructions, safety policies, and manuals. Proficiency with handheld devices, work order systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to travel daily between properties to fulfill job duties.
