Job Description

Maintenance Mechanic Shift:
1st Shift (5AM - 1:30 PM) & 2nd Shift (1:30PM-10PM)
Location:
City of Industry, CA Pay Range:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour What You'll Do Diagnose, disassemble, rebuild, and align precision machine tools and equipment Perform routine to complex machinery repairs and preventive maintenance Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial machinery components Work with blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to troubleshoot equipment Perform welding, machining, and fabrication tasks as needed Operate forklifts to move equipment and materials Maintain clean and safe work areas following 5S procedures
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 6+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience or construction trades Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems a MUST! Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial controls is a PLUS! Knowledge of Lock-out/Tag-out safety procedures U.S. person status required under ITAR regulations Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
HAZWOPER
certification Welding experience (all types) Experience with machine shop equipment including lathes and mills
Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
