Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our dynamic facilities renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and renovation of the facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and supervisory experience while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Able to Perform full renovation and preventive maintenance across multiple facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC units. Manage painting projects and oversee refurbishment tasks to enhance property appearance. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Assist with facilities upgrades and modifications based on operational needs Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in framing, electrical systems, plumbing and general handyman items. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience overseeing maintenance projects. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams. Knowledge of residential painting techniques and general building repair practices. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
