We are looking to hire quickly so there is time for training with our current maintenance technician.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience Experience with general repairs, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit turns Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently On-site living is not required
