Job Description
Job description Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our all-inclusive, resort-style independent living community. In this resident-first role, you'll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues, and respond promptly to service requests. You'll help keep apartments, common areas, and building systems safe, comfortable, and attractive for active seniors. Working closely with our facilities and operations teams, you'll support inspections, unit turns, and community projects while upholding our service-oriented, family-like culture focused on respect, reliability, and hospitality.
