Maintenance Technician J and H Property Management Rancho Dominguez, CA Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer service English Driver's License Electrical experience Plumbing Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Job description: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle the repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of an All-Age Mobile Home Community located in Rancho Dominguez, CA.

Duties include:

• Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas.
• Maintaining and cleaning the common areas.
• Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors.
• Troubleshooting onsite problems.
• Electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry etc.
• Delivering letters or notices to residents.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday
• Friday.
• Compensation based on experience.

Candidates must also:

• Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred).
• Pass a Drug/Background screening.
• Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
• Possess a valid driver license.
• Possess valid proof of insurance.
