Maintenance Mechanic Job Description We are looking for a 2 year Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the 2nd/3rd shift. This position offers flexibility with shifts primarily from 2pm to 12am, Monday through Saturday, with some weekends off. You will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. A strong electrical experience is essential, along with experience in feed mills or industrial settings. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment such as conveyor belts, VFDs, gear boxes, bearings, and start controls. Demonstrate strong electrical skills including rewiring pumps and working with motors. Maintain and repair mechanical systems with a focus on preventative maintenance (PMs). Work collaboratively in a small team to ensure operational efficiency. Commit to safety and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Essential Skills Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Basic PC skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in feed and grain or milling industries preferred. Spanish speaking required. Familiarity with start controls, VFDs, and motors.
