This is a hands on field role where you'll be running service calls, residential repairs, and light commercial maintenance jobs . You'll be trusted to work independently, make decisions on site, and get the job done right without someone hovering over you. If you've got solid experience in handyman work, maintenance, or construction , and you want consistent hours with a reliable company, this is a strong long term opportunity. You'll be handling a mix of everyday repair and maintenance work , plumbing repairs, basic electrical, drywall patching, carpentry, door adjustments, hardware installs, fixture replacements, and general handyman work. Every day is different. You'll be diagnosing issues on site, troubleshooting, and completing work cleanly and professionally while dealing directly with customers. What You'll Be Doing Running daily service calls / work orders independently Handling residential and light commercial repair & maintenance work Diagnosing issues and choosing the right repair solution Minor plumbing (toilets, faucets, disposals, shut offs, leaks) Minor electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures, ceiling fans) Drywall repair, patching, texture matching, paint touch ups Door installs, adjustments, locks, and hardware Carpentry and general repair work Installing blinds, shelving, curtain rods, and fixtures Communicating clearly with customers and property managers Taking photos and notes for job documentation Following company pricing and approval process Closing out completed work orders What We're Looking For Minimum 4+ years experience in handyman work, construction, maintenance, or skilled trades Experience with residential service work / repair work Comfortable running service calls independently Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Solid experience with: Plumbing repairs and fixture installs Basic electrical repairs Drywall patching and finishing Carpentry and general maintenance Door hardware and lock installation Comfortable working on ladders (12-16 ft) Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in last 3 years) Reliable, punctual, and self motivated Professional with customers and respectful on job sites Able to work independently and as part of a team when needed What We Offer $30-$40/hr depending on experience Full-time, steady 40-50 hours per week Year round consistent work Company vehicle during work hours Steady flow of service calls and repair jobs Opportunity to grow into lead tech, foreman, or supervisor roles Supportive team environment, no micromanaging Long term position with a growing company A Good Fit For This Role This is a solid fit for someone who already knows the trade and can handle field work independently.
