Maintenance Technician

Position Summary Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and service to high end property according to established safety and operating systems and processes. This position requires employee to work on-site at property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Repair or maintenance at property Routine turnovers Reading and interpreting work orders to perform required maintenance and service Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments Performing a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions Using a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties Detecting faulty operations and reporting those and any unusual situations to proper supervision Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience Two years mechanical, electrical, plumbing or industrial maintenance Must be highly motivated and able to work independently Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance
