Costa Mesa, CA Schedule:
4 PM - 1 AM (Second Shift); Thursday-Monday Overview Tower 17 Properties & Management is looking for a hands-on, problem-solving team member to join our evening operations crew. This role bridges property maintenance and customer service primarily during after-hours shifts. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest concerns via call, text, or messaging platforms like Airbnb Inspect units for cleanliness, readiness, and stocked essentials Perform light handyman tasks such as replacing toilet mechanisms, adjusting gas valves, and tightening fixtures Manage and complete service tickets in coordination with the daytime operations staff Travel to properties to resolve active maintenance issues Troubleshoot issues independently and escalate when necessary Calmly address sensitive guest matters (e.g. noise complaints, entry issues, missing amenities) Deliver supplies as needed (e.g. propane tanks, toiletries, household items) Operate company-provided maintenance vehicle during shift Pick up needed materials for guest use (reimbursable) Tackle unexpected issues or last-minute maintenance fixes About You Skilled in managing difficult conversations and calming tense situations Comfortable using technology and mobile apps for daily workflows Capable of performing light repairs and maintenance tasks with confidence Able to work solo with minimal oversight and solve problems on the fly Adaptable and ready to take on new challenges as they arise Work Schedule Part-time evening hours (25-30 hours/week) Typical shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Days working will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday Qualifications Reliable transportation with active driver's license and insurance (minimum 100/300 coverage) Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs. or more and being active on your feet throughout your shift Basic familiarity with home maintenance tools and terms Smartphone compatible with company platforms Experience using tools like Google Docs and Google Sheets Tower 17 Properties & Management is committed to equal employment opportunity and welcomes candidates of all backgrounds.
