• _ •What you'll be doing as a

Maintenance Technician:

• + Completion of general maintenance tasks as assigned + Working knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, woodwork, floor, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, general labor, and life-safety equipment + Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues + Assists in apartment turnover completion, including remodeling units + Accurately records work activities performed + Clean worksite after job completion + Other duties as assigned •Available shifts:•

• Job requirements:
• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair.

+ Ability to follow directions and instructions from supervisors. + A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. + Always provide professional customer service. + Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. + Works well in a team environment. + Communicates proficiently. + Must be able to travel regularly between property locations + Prolonged periods of standing and walking. + Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly. + Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. + Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach. + Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather. + Must be able to navigate uneven terrain + Background check required
