Job Description:

As a Handyman at our property maintenance company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of various properties. Your primary responsibilities will include performing general repairs, maintenance tasks, and improvements in residential and commercial settings. Your exceptional skills in various trades will help us maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner. Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment. Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups as required. Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed to high-quality standards. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role. Proficient in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot various issues. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent.
