This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience to ensure our environment remains safe, functional, and compliant. Duties Oversee daily facilities maintenance operations, including skills such as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring all equipment functions optimally. Lead small teams in residential painting projects, Dry wall, or other specialized building maintenance activities with a focus on quality and safety. Support manufacturing operations by maintaining production equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience; familiar with schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and external vendors effectively. Mon-Friday 6am-2:30pm

• Some Saturdays as needed Not past 3pm Not much overtime given Temp2 Hire after 90days appproximately Incentives upon hired-at 90days
