What We're Looking For We are seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering personalized attention and helping us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes. This person should have a willingness to jump in when needed and a knack for fixing things to ensure the needs of our properties are met. While this position is considered part-time, you may have the opportunity to obtain full-time employment based on your skill set and the company's growth.

What You'll Do:

Assist the operations team in Fort Bragg, Mendocino, and surrounding areas helping to prepare homes for guest check in and check out Frequently travel between units delivering supplies to housekeepers, aiding guests, and running errands Order, maintain and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory Complete a variety of maintenance tasks within a home such as appliance/ cable/ wifi troubleshooting, light plumbing, trash removal, and replacing light bulbs Meet and maintain Casago's Standard Unit Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the homes you enter Assist housekeeping staff as needed with cleans and inspections Perform safety inspections at each home Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with the team Provide cross-coverage for your team members when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills required - laptop and mobile device Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions Highly responsive and reliable Strong attention to detail Prior housekeeping and/or maintenance experience a plus Adhere to all company policies and procedures Work Environment and Physical Demands Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed. Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time Reach overhead and below the waist Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
