FULL DESCRIPTION
: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to minimize downtime and support daily operations. Performs maintenance and repairs on hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fabricated systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Repair and replace hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed. Install, align, and maintain machinery and production equipment. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Complete maintenance records and work orders. Shift•4:30am•1pm M-F The selected candidate will also possess: Minimum 3 years of maintenance mechanic experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience working with:
Hydraulic systems Mechanical systems Electrical systems Welding and fabrication Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform major component repairs. Ability to use hand and power tools and read technical drawings.
