In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting high-voltage electrical and HVAC systems to keep our environment safe, efficient, and reliable. Your expertise will directly impact the productivity of our operations and the comfort of our team members. We are looking for a motivated professional eager to apply their technical skills to support our building. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair air conditioners, lights, and electrical components, HVAC system. Conduct repairs on various equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical systems with precision and efficiency. Assist in construction or renovation projects by installing new equipment or upgrading existing systems to improve operational capacity. Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams; develop effective solutions promptly. Work directly with the building manager to keep the building in running order. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in industrial or commercial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools used in troubleshooting complex systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning—and refrigeration technology is essential. Experience with construction projects involving installation or upgrade of mechanical or electrical systems is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members or coordinate with contractors effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks.
