Maintenance MechanicPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role is critical in maintaining operational productivity and safety in our facility.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipmentDiagnose issues with mechanical systems and perform troubleshooting as necessaryImplement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtimeUtilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficientlyDocument maintenance activities and report any major repairs needed to managementCollaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of equipmentAdhere to GMP processes and safety regulations during all maintenance tasksQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance mechanics is a plusProven experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systemsStrong understanding of GMP processes and complianceAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectivelyExperience with preventive maintenance and equipment maintenance practicesFamiliarity with power tools and mechanical diagnosticsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBenefitsPay Range $28-$38.00/Hour DOEPTOSick timeMaternity leave401k matchPaycheck every Friday
