Commercial Maintenance Technician

Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Plumbing and electrical experience is a MUST Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems. Perform facilities maintenance tasks to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Lead small teams or supervise contractors during maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule. Complete work orders using Yardi Voyager Support commercial property operations by performing tasks such as residential painting or general upkeep as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility issues and communicating effectively with team members and clients. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or commercial building systems with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or plumbing repairs. Reliable transportation for work between multiple properties in Orange County and East Los Angeles. Must pass a background check Good communication skills in English for clear documentation. • Must have your own basic tools and be self-motivated and able to work independently Assist in porter duties - Cleaning, Trash Pickup, power washing, detail oriented Hands-on experience in commercial facilities preferred.
