Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and technical skills in a fast-paced setting, making a real impact every day. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Utilize Maintenance Log to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks. Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities maintenance while ensuring safety compliance. Lead or support team members in facilities maintenance activities with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within retail/customer service environments. Supervising or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
