Maintenance Attendant (Full Time)

Maintain and assist in repair A/C throughout Clubhouse buildings Maintain Indoor & Outdoor pools to set standards (Vacuum/Chemicals etc…) Assist in pool equipment repair and maintain pool clean lines Maintain outdoor furniture & equipment around pool & spa Clean & maintain all restroom facilities throughout property & Clubhouse Buildings Monitor & repair light fixtures throughout the Clubhouse Buildings & exterior common areas. Check minor electrical problems & repair/replace as necessary Clean, Maintain & Lubricate all equipment at Fitness Center weekly and as needed Paint/repair walls in Clubhouse Buildings and Mailboxes Rebuild mailboxes as necessary Perform housekeeping duties as needed including: maintain building entrances free of leaves & dirt Room setups as needed for various events As assigned vacuum all carpeted areas throughout Clubhouse building Other various repair & maintenance duties as assigned At least one year of experience or training/working in an environment of hospitality, country club/homeowners association or a cleaning service. May stand and walk; stoop, kneel, crawl, or crouch. frequently will sit; use of hands to operate various tools and cleaning machines. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds. Must have a flexible schedule, work weekend and Holidays. Punctuality strong in attendance. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
