Maintenance Technician

00/hour on W2 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support and maintain production equipment, CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and facility equipment in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, tubing, and piping. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. Install, align, and relocate production machinery as needed. Perform machine testing, calibration, and adjustments. Assist with hydraulic test stands, fixtures, and related equipment. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Support facility maintenance and work safely in a team environment. Qualifications 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong experience with hydraulics, pumps, motors, valves, tubing, and plumbing systems. Experience troubleshooting CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment. Ability to read hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical schematics. Welding experience is a plus. Forklift certification is a plus. Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
