Part-Time Handyman — Irvine — W-2

Irvine Handyman is hiring a part-time W-2 handyman to join a small, growing local crew. Family-owned, USMC veteran-founded. We do small home repair on a monthly membership model — doors, drywall, fixtures, faucets, mounting, smart home installs.

The job:

• Part-time W-2 employee, 10-15 hrs/wk to start, grows to 25-30 hrs/wk as we add members
• 1-2 jobs/day to start while we ramp the member base, growing to 2-3 jobs/day by end of year
• All work in Irvine and nearby OC (no LA traffic)
• Tell happy customers about our membership at end of jobs (we'll train you — natural, not pressure)
• Text-based scheduling and customer comms (we run the system, you talk to people)
• Show up on time, leave the house cleaner than you found it
• Tell us when something's outside scope so we can refer it out You should have:
• 2+ years general handyman or trades experience
• Comfort with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall
• Clean driving record, reliable vehicle (own tools a plus, not required)
• Texts back like a normal human What you get:
