POSITION IS ONSITE - HOUSING IS PROVIDED
•Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC components. Troubleshoot and repair basic issues related to electrical systems Perform residential painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, and other general repairs to maintain property aesthetics and safety standards. Assist with facilities maintenance projects such as installing new equipment or upgrading existing systems following schematics and technical manuals. Supervise or coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident maintenance requests and communicating clearly about repair timelines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations during all maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance with a strong background in electrical work, mechanical systems, or plumbing. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and the use of tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance environment is preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings accurately. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, team members, vendors, and management. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on skills such as residential painting, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs enhances your effectiveness in this role. Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
