The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. This role involves ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. The Pool Technician will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience as a pool technician and a positive previous reference check. Must own and operate a reliable, work-ready truck. Will service approximately 30-45 pools per week. About Us Our office and is located in Lomita California. We are a leading pool service company in the South Bay with several long term pool techs who currently work for us. We are constantly growing and looking for new qualified staff to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools. Perform inspections to assess pool equipment and water quality. Utilize hand tools for maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate effectively with route manager regarding services rendered and any additional needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Qualifications Familiarity with pool maintenance techniques, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing. Previous experience as a service technician is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and route manager professionally.
