Position Summary The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance operations at multiple residential communities within the Decron Properties portfolio. This role performs routine and emergency maintenance services across properties, ensuring a consistent standard of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple residential communities Respond to service requests and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs at assigned sites Coordinate with on-site teams to prioritize maintenance needs Assist with apartment turnover processes, including painting, cleaning, and repairs Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and travel between sites Operate tools and equipment safely and in accordance with company policies Elect to participate in the voluntary Opt-In Emergency Call Assistance Program Travel between communities using a personal vehicle or transportation Non-Essential Duties Provide support during property inspections and audits Assist with grounds maintenance and common area upkeep as needed Offer temporary coverage at sites with limited staffing Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work independently across multiple locations Proficient in using mobile maintenance software and tools Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Ability to communicate effectively with team members Preferred Qualifications Trade certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing Prior experience with multi-site maintenance operations OSHA safety certification Work Environment and Physical Requirements Frequently work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Routinely climbs ladders, works in tight spaces, and operates hand and power tools Regularly lifts or moves objects up to 50 pounds Travels daily between different apartment communities Uses personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Company Values All team members are expected to uphold and model our core values: Integrity
