Los Gatos 95033 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Handyman / Construction Worker with experience in a wide range of trades. The ideal candidate will be versatile and capable of performing tasks related to property maintenance, renovations, and construction projects. Responsibilities Perform general construction and repair work on residential and commercial properties Complete tasks including carpentry, framing, drywall installation and repair, and painting Install and repair plumbing fixtures and fittings, as well as basic electrical (as permitted) Assist with property renovations, remodels, and new construction Troubleshoot issues and provide practical repair and improvement solutions Operate tools and construction equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure work meets expectations Requirements Proven experience as a handyman, construction worker, or in a related role Skills across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and framing Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various environments Reliable transportation and basic set of tools preferred Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
