Day Work Week Pay Rate:

$27 (starting pay) + $1.00 Shift Premium We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations through electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability initiatives . This role is open to both experienced maintenance professionals and fresh graduates from machining, technical, or vocational schools who are eager to start a career in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or plant operations . On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided. Key Responsibilities Perform industrial maintenance (electrical & mechanical) to support production, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency goals Diagnose and repair low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems, motors, and controls Troubleshoot and maintain industrial machinery, conveyors, loaders, hoppers, and vacuum systems Conduct preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance, and equipment overhauls Install, upgrade, and modify manufacturing equipment and plant systems Follow and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety procedures Maintain facility systems, including grounds and infrastructure Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and prepare reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives Take ownership of assigned equipment and ensure optimal performance and uptime Qualifications Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Technical training or coursework in Machining, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields preferred Open to

Entry-Level Candidates:
