We are looking for someone with minimum 3 years of hands-on pool equipment repair experience who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and produce high-quality work in the field. The right candidate should be well-versed in Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy equipment and comfortable handling a wide range of repair, diagnostic, and installation work. A company vehicle will be provided. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and replace pool equipment in the field Service and install pumps, booster pumps, filters, heaters, valves, automation systems, lighting, and related equipment Perform filter cleanings, salt cell inspections/cleanings, motor swaps, valve changes, and basic plumbing repairs Troubleshoot heater, automation, electrical, and equipment issues and recommend the right repair or replacement solution Program automation systems and complete equipment upgrades Document work clearly and communicate findings and recommendations to customers and the team Maintain a clean, safe, organized vehicle and job site Deliver professional customer service on every job Required qualifications At least 3 years of pool equipment repair experience Strong working knowledge of Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy equipment Ability to independently diagnose and complete common pool equipment repairs and installations Experience with pumps, filters, heaters, automation, lighting, valves, and basic plumbing Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, organized, and able to work independently in the field Professional communication skills with customers and coworkers Preferred qualifications Strong heater troubleshooting skills Experience with automation setup and programming Electrical troubleshooting and rewiring experience Experience with more advanced plumbing and equipment pad rework Physical requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and work in tight equipment areas Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
