Francisco Foods, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the night shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations in a food manufacturing environment.

Schedule Shift:

9:00 PM - 5:30

AM Days:

Monday through Friday Overtime, weekends, and holidays required as needed Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete work orders. Support production teams in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including GMPs and sanitation requirements. Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or food production preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing or dairy processing. Knowledge of PLC systems (a plus). Welding or fabrication experience (a plus). Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred). Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated environments.
