Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help keep our hotel running smoothly by maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly. Assist with facility improvement projects and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of tools and supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
