In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients, creating enjoyable aquatic experiences for everyone. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal pool conditions Conduct thorough pool cleaning using hand tools and power tools to remove debris, algae, and dirt from pools and surrounding areas Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to maintain proper operation Use mechanical knowledge to identify issues with pool systems and implement effective repair solutions promptly Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs for each pool serviced Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally or as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Communicate clearly with clients regarding service updates, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting Proficiency in pool maintenance tasks including chemical balancing and water testing Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar maintenance role is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail to ensure pools meet health and safety standards Good physical stamina for lifting equipment, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Embark on a career where your technical skills make a splash!
