Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for guests. No extensive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC repairs Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and common areas Replace light bulbs, filters, batteries, and minor fixtures Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools Follow all hotel safety procedures and company policies Support preventative maintenance programs Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous maintenance, construction, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

From $17.00 per hour
