Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (Contract) - Newark, CA $30-$35/hour | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | No Overtime We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support electric vehicle testing in a fast-paced lab environment. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with advanced drive unit systems, executing dynamometer (dyno) testing and contributing to performance, durability, and reliability validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and execute dyno testing on electric drive units Install components and configure test equipment to meet engineering requirements Monitor test runs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate data collection Validate and document test results for engineering teams Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support daily testing priorities Continuously improve test setups and procedures

Qualifications:

2+ years of automotive or related technical experience Strong hands-on skills with mechanical/electrical systems Experience with test setup, data collection, and troubleshooting preferred Ability to work in a schedule-driven lab environment
