Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with light property maintenance, cleaning or related field skills.

Job Functions :

Conduct property/apartment inspections for necessary repairs Regularly report to Community Manager any resident or apartment issues Perform property cleaning (laundry rooms, pool area, rental office, vacant apartments etc.) Property repairs include: replace exterior light bulbs, drywall repairs, replace door locks, faucets, garbage disposals etc. Carry out scheduled maintenance requests Assist the Community Manager in all areas as requested Assume all responsibility to maintain property at the owners best interest

Compensation:
