Fence Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing systems, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces, providing privacy, security, and visual enhancement for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your carpentry and construction skills, and contribute to high-quality projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Measure and mark installation sites accurately to ensure proper fence placement and alignment Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine materials and methods needed for each project Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently during fence installation Frame carpentry tasks such as setting posts, constructing panels, and securing fencing materials with precision Perform concrete forming and finishing when setting posts or creating foundations for fencing structures Use welding techniques where necessary to reinforce fencing components or repair existing fences Conduct landscape maintenance and hardscape work as needed to prepare sites before installation or restore areas afterward Assemble fencing panels, gates, and related hardware with attention to detail and safety standards Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices throughout each project Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a focus on fencing or outdoor structures Skilled in frame carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, or masonry work is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery confidently Knowledge of landscape maintenance and hardscape techniques beneficial for site preparation Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly in outdoor conditions Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to completing projects efficiently Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required for site access Join us in creating durable fences that stand the test of time! Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
