FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Full-Time, on-site located in Ontario, California and surrounding areas.

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and facilities needs across multiple locations. This hands-on role involves basic repairs, upkeep of building systems, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring all sites remain safe, functional, and presentable. You'll be our go-to person for anything that needs fixing or improving.

Depends on Experience ($23.00- $30.00 per hour)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) across all sites. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or safety hazards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site managers and staff. Coordinate with third-party contractors or vendors when outside help is required. Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; restock as needed. Assist with site setups, moves, furniture installations, and general handyman tasks. Ensure all locations meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Monitor and report on maintenance issues, costs, and completed tasks. Travel between sites as needed, often with short notice. Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by your manager. Physician Support System reserves the right to change or modify any employee's Job Description as at any time.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or equivalent required. Bilingual (English / Spanish) required. At least 2 years prior experience Proven experience in operations, administration, or multi-site coordination. Healthcare industry experience is a PLUS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant systems. Willingness to travel between locations regularly. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Experience working across multiple commercial or retail locations. Basic knowledge of workplace health & safety standards. Familiarity with work order systems or maintenance software. Ability to work independently as well as a team player is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Travel between sites required (mileage reimbursement available). Hands-on, physical role with occasional lifting, bending, and ladder use. Some evening or weekend work may be required for urgent tasks or special projects.
