This role provides essential office support by maintaining records, coordinating communications, processing documents, and assisting with day-to-day administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations. 13/hour . The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications. This posting will remain open until a candidate is selected. What You'll Do Perform a wide range of clerical, secretarial, and administrative support duties Answer phones, direct calls, respond to inquiries, and assist visitors Sort and distribute mail and coordinate outgoing correspondence Schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements Maintain office files, logs, records, and documentation systems Track expense accounts and maintain routine financial records Enter data into spreadsheets and perform basic calculations and recordkeeping tasks Order, inventory, and maintain office supplies and materials Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, calculators, and other business tools Compile records and prepare reports using information from a variety of sources What We're Looking For Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation Proficiency with standard office software and equipment Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in supporting departmental operations
Minimum Qualifications:
