Full Job Description Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking an onsite Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for a leading manufacturer located in Oxnard, CA with experience supporting total integrated facilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, have excellent interpersonal skills, and must enjoy working with clients, vendors and the coordinator team to achieve excellent customer service.
What You'll Do:
Assist team with vendor management, vendor selection and onboarding. Approach all aspects of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority, ensuring OSHA regulations are followed. Handle routine facilities operations by procuring supplies and services, assigning work orders in CMMS, use written and verbal communication as a liaison between vendors and client. Obtaining accurate proposals, issue purchase orders with NTE, monitor work completion/obtain work completion paperwork, final receipt in CMMS for invoicing. Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion. Status may include waiting for planning, waiting parts, ready to schedule, scheduled, etc. Actively participate in scheduling meetings with partners to finalize priority of work orders. Assist manager with the hiring, training and onboarding processes. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System and capability to create queries and reports. Preferred experience with Maximo CMMS. Experience with Outlook, Excell, Teams, and Word. (Microsoft Office/database) Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:
Excellent customer service skills and orientation, with the ability to always maintain professionalism. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to multitask. Can manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion. Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time.
