Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems utilizing tools such as diagnostic equipment. Conduct welding repairs and perform basic mechanical tasks to resolve equipment malfunctions or structural issues. Manage facilities maintenance requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution. Oversee residential painting projects and perform general upkeep to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards. Document all maintenance activities accurately, maintaining detailed records for compliance and future reference. Support customer service efforts by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, wiring, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. Mechanical knowledge, including welding skills, use of hand tools, and understanding of mechanical systems. Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing.
