Responsibilities include:
Painting Plumbing Electrical Carpentry General repairs Preparing Apartments for move-in Maintaining leasing centers and recreational facilities Experience and Qualifications 5+ years supporting multiple apartment communities Ability to prioritize projects Works well independently Self motivated Pride of workmanship -- goes above and beyond Owns own hand tools Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license & insurance Highly organized Attention to detail Flexible -- available after hours The successful Maintenance Technician will insure our communities are in excellent condition for our residents, while enhancing the property value for our Company. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
