Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of complex machinery and equipment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards across the production environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong mechanical and electrical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting. Duties Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Maintain and calibrate machinery utilizing precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose issues and implement control system repairs or adjustments. Operate industrial equipment including scissor lifts, forklifts, and other field service tools safely to access hard-to-reach machinery or perform maintenance tasks. Document all maintenance activities accurately in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and compliance purposes. Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance schedules with manufacturing workflows, minimizing disruptions. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage systems, low voltage electrical work, HVAC/R systems, welding (including <

> welding), and other industrial maintenance procedures. Requirements Proven experience working in an industrial mechanic or manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Knowledge of electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage troubleshooting; experience as an industrial electrician is highly desirable. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams for effective diagnostics and repairs. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pumps, valves, welding techniques, and precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Ability to operate field service equipment like scissor lifts safely; certification preferred. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues quickly and accurately. Excellent customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams or external vendors during maintenance activities. Relevant certifications or military experience related to industrial maintenance or electrical work are advantageous. Proficiency in English; ability to read technical manuals and communicate effectively across teams.
