Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Daily cleaning of the Pool and Spa and general maintenance issues Trash pickup Minor guest room repairs Inspect hotel grounds daily for cleanliness issues Plumbing repairs Drywall & Painting Carpet and vinyl repair Basic carpentry Basic electrical Basic Plumbing Experience with HVAC and washers/dryers a plus Landscaping experience a plus Keep hotel guest rooms and equipment in best possible condition Performs all assigned work duties regularly, promptly and correctly Knows all equipment and supplies needed to perform job duties Reports any problems to supervisor Interacts respectfully with guests, management, and co-workers Attends and reports on time for all meetings and training sessions scheduled by management Works cooperatively with others Must be able to recognize potential safety hazards and security problems in the hotel and act accordingly Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. Applicants must be detail-oriented, have great customer service and communication skills. You must be able to multitask and adjust easily to various demands.
