Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance Flexible availability to cover on-call hours Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
