Job Description

Job Summary:
Great potential Temporary to Hire Opportunities in Pittsburg for a Maintenance Mechanic to perform various unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the general maintenance, repair, care, and upkeep of grounds, equipment, buildings, and facilities. The work requires the use of hand, machine, and power tools and a variety of other mechanical equipment. 1-2 years+ Maintenance experience including Painting , Drywall, light Plumbing, light Electrical.
Responsibilities:
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Handle basic apartment maintenance including regular service related to lighting, plumbing and miscellaneous repairs Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Monday- Thursday schedule with Fridays off! Hours 6 AM-4:30 PM ( 4/10 Schedule) $23.00- $26.00 per hour. Clean DMV, Background, Drug Screen and E-Verify Required along with Pre-Employment Physical. Great role and exposure to a sought after Government entity.
