Facility Technician

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Technician I to support the maintenance and daily operations of our healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment through routine maintenance, minor repairs, basic HVAC troubleshooting, and timely response to service requests. The ideal candidate will have hands-on facilities experience and assist with vendor coordination, inventory management, shipping/receiving, workstation setup, and safety initiatives across multiple sites. •This position is a 1 month contract•

Key Responsibilities:

Complete facility work orders safely and on time Perform general maintenance (plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, basic electrical) Maintain cleanliness and safety of all building areas Troubleshoot minor HVAC and equipment issues Manage inventory and supply ordering Coordinate vendor work and contractor support Support safety inspections, drills, and compliance documentation Assist with mail delivery, shipping/receiving, and inter-site transport Support onboarding setup for new employees Travel between sites as needed

Qualifications Summary:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years facilities maintenance experience Knowledge of basic building systems, tools, and safety practices Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Valid California Driver's License, clean DMV record, insured vehicle Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain professionalism

Additional Information:

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of one (1) month starting in June 1, 2026. Employment is expected to conclude at the end of the assignment unless extended based on organizational needs or by mutual agreement. However, this position is at-will, and the duration of employment may be modified or ended at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Jesselle Secondary Pay:
